My autumnal debut was recorded in the home studio of Bentley Rhythm Ace Mike Stokes, The Royal Academy of Music, and St Marys Church, Moseley. Mainly in Mike's studio though, with frequent breaks from the fug of smoke, sounds and games of Dinky Bomb to The Hare & Hounds to listen to mixes on their speakers.

(The Leafy Underground) would have fitted perfectly with the John Martyn albums and folk/jazz hybrid Island was fond of in that era.
